The Impactful Community has become a thriving hub for over 200 purpose-led founders, leaders and change-makers, and we’re just getting started!
What began as a single monthly session is now an award-nominated network (Best Networking Group, Best Businesswomen Awards 2025) where big ideas, honest conversations and genuine connections take centre stage.

Here’s what’s waiting for you inside the Impactful Community!
1. THE CORNERSTONE OF THE COMMUNITY: Our regular Impactful Community session (second Tuesday of the month, 11am, UK time)
Our core 60 minute Zoom session will continue each month, expertly facilitated around a different aspect of impact in business.
You’ll dive into small group discussions, share what matters to you and hear new perspectives, solve problems together and leave with practical ideas and renewed energy.

2. Monthly drop-in impact clinic hour (last Tuesday of the month, 11am)
A casual, optional session where you can bring questions, dilemmas or reflections. Think of it as office hours — with no pressure, no slides, and no silly questions.

★ Ask me anything (as long as it relates to impact in some way)
★ And if you don't have a question, come along anyway - other people's questions might inspire you!

Meet your host...
Hello, I'm Rachel, also known as the Impact Specialist...
In December, after a pretty turbulent year health-wise, during which my husband was working away full time, I was feeling pretty isolated and, dare I say it, at times - a bit lost.
So I had an idea.
What if I could create a space that wasn’t about competition, but about amplification?
A community that would bring together ambitious, values-driven women who wanted to make an impact—not just in their businesses, but to the lives of the people they serve and support.
A space where success wasn’t measured in revenue alone, but in real, meaningful transformation - through the difference they were making, however big or small.
A space where all women feel welcome, supported, and valued, creating connection and reducing isolation.
And so, the Impactful Community was born.
