The Impactful Community is evolving...
A quick note before we go any further...
Since the start of 2025, The Impactful Community has been quietly growing. What started as a simple monthly session has become a hub of connection for over 150 purpose-led founders, leaders and change-makers.
We meet, we reflect, we explore. We talk honestly about what it really means to grow a business that prioritises people and impact, but without shouting, exaggerating or compromising our values.
From September, The Impactful Community will move to a paid model — not because the vibe will change, but because the value is increasing. It’s going to be so much more than just our monthly sessions: deeper support, richer tools, more opportunities to connect, reflect and grow together.

1. THE CORNERSTONE OF THE COMMUNITY: Our regular Impactful Community session (second Tuesday of the month, 11am, UK time)
Our core 60 minute Zoom session will continue each month, expertly facilitated around a different aspect of impact in business.
You’ll dive into small group discussions, share what matters to you and hear new perspectives, solve problems together and leave with practical ideas and renewed energy.

A casual, optional session where you can bring questions, dilemmas or reflections. Think of it as office hours — with no pressure, no slides, and no silly questions.

★ And if you don't have a question, come along anyway - other people's questions might inspire you!

Our August 2025 Impactful Community session will be a vibrant celebration of the impact we’ve created so far.
This month, we will spend our session reflecting on our impact both individually AND collectively.
It will be a joyful, uplifting opportunity to come together before The Impactful Community Phase 2 relaunch on 8th September.
After that, access to The Impactful Community sessions will be available to subscribing members only.
So, if you’ve been sitting on the fence, August’s session is the perfect time to come along, soak up the atmosphere, and see what this community is really about.

Hello, I'm Rachel, also known as the Impact Specialist...
In December, after a pretty turbulent year health-wise, during which my husband was working away full time, I was feeling pretty isolated and, dare I say it, at times - a bit lost.
So I had an idea.
What if I could create a space that wasn’t about competition, but about amplification?
A community that would bring together ambitious, values-driven women who wanted to make an impact—not just in their businesses, but to the lives of the people they serve and support.
A space where success wasn’t measured in revenue alone, but in real, meaningful transformation - through the difference they were making, however big or small.
A space where all women feel welcome, supported, and valued, creating connection and reducing isolation.
And so, the Impactful Community was born.
