What we're about...
The Impactful Community has become a thriving home for more than 200 purpose-led women in business: founders, leaders and change-makers who care about creating real, lasting impact.
What began as a single monthly meet-up is now an award-winning network, recognised with a Silver Award for Best Networking Group at the Best Businesswomen Awards 2025.
Here, big ideas and honest conversations take centre stage. It is a place to reflect, explore and grow your business in ways that prioritise people and impact, without the noise of exaggeration or the pressure to compromise your values.
You will find warmth, curiosity and connection, and you will also find focus, clarity and practical ways to translate your impact into confident storytelling, stronger offers and sustainable growth. So far, our Impactful Community has reached 3 continents, 10 countries and counting!
There really is nothing else quite like it.
Membership gives you access to uplifting community discussion sessions, a monthly drop in clinic to solve your latest impact-related problem, a library of practical tools and a supportive community that celebrates your wins, helps you through challenges and shows you how to use the impact you are already making to fuel your growth and visibility.
If you’re ready to join us, I would love to welcome you in.

In December 2024, after a pretty turbulent year health-wise, during which my husband was working away full time, I was feeling pretty isolated and, dare I say it, at times - a bit lost.
So I had an idea.
What if I could create a space that wasn’t about competition, but about amplification?
A community that would bring together ambitious, values-driven women who wanted to make an impact—not just in their businesses, but to the lives of the people they serve and support.
A space where success wasn’t measured in revenue alone, but in real, meaningful transformation - through the difference they were making, however big or small.
A space where all women feel welcome, supported, and valued, creating connection and reducing isolation.
And so, the Impactful Community was born.

Why is our own impact so hard to see for ourselves?
"I got further in this session than ever!"
It gave me incredible clarity on articulating the impact I bring for my clients. I've been grappling with this for a long time and I feel like I got further in this session than ever.
It's a friendly, supportive space to learn how to articulate your impact and test ideas.

"We are going to lift each other up higher and higher!"
Rachel’s brilliance goes beyond measuring impact. She excels at amplifying it! Through the Impactful Community, she has created a space where business women not only support each other, but intentionally and cheerfully elevate each other.
Rachel's dynamic and beautifully altruistic approach empowers you to prove your transformation AND to own it with confidence. This is a great reminder that genuine, sustainable impact springs from our unique stories, the people we choose to interact with, and the ripple effect of positive change we create -- not KPIs, budgets, and statistics!
I am grateful for this budding community I can contribute to with dozens of brilliant women. We are going to lift each other up higher and higher as we climb. It is the best feeling! Thank you, Rachel, for making our impact measurable, visible, and undeniable!

"Our world needs more of this!"
You're lovely! And your approach to your business is inspiring and different and full of substance.
Our world needs more of this and I feel certain that this will only become more true as time goes on.
Something is in the air, I'm sure of it. And your perspective is super important for my work in marketing.
I feel energised and motivated. It's a great way to feel good about your work again!

"I came for connection and enjoyment and to learn a bit more. All three happened!"
I like connecting with women doing a similar thing to me and learning from you and other women.
It was thought provoking! I'm motivated to consider what impact I'm really having, beyond what I'm 'selling'. It made me reflect on what clients have said at the end of their sessions that I might have not paid attention to, in terms of the impact I am having, otherwise.
I learnt a lot about the value of talking about what I do in terms of impact and met some wonderful women.
.
I came for connection and enjoyment and to learn a bit more. All three happened!
